The girl cannibal cried:
"Let me have his heart!"
And for her, they set aside
the reddest, juiciest part.
She took it in her hands
and, for lack of time
due to odd social demands,
she took her precarious cue.
A bit was all it took
for her to scream in shame.
Her friend, his heart,
graced her with his pain.
